Currently accepting new VIRTUAL clients! My therapeutic approach centers around providing a safe space for clients to feel heard and supported. As a therapist to children, I can help children build self esteem, increase their coping skills, decrease angry or anxious behaviors, and nurture their creativity. As a therapist to individuals, I can help clients decrease anxiety and depression symptoms, work through difficult periods in their lives, and cultivate hope for their future. As a therapist to families, I can help increase communication, repair relationships, and create a safe environment to heal together.
I received a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling, after receiving degrees in both Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, and I use a combination of person-centered, strength based, and creative evidence based interventions to meet clients where they're at and assist them in meeting their goals.
There's no better time than the present to start making positive changes. The first step is to reach out and find out if I'm the right fit for you. I am happy to hear from you and would be honored to help you on your journey to healing.
