I have twenty years of experience of helping individuals and couples navigate from the abyss of stuckness, to the deeper connection of true partnership. Sometimes I help people accept it's time to let go, in a safely mediated space. Couples that commit fully to interpersonal therapy, discover the rewards of the process extends beyond their relationship.

My style is warm, direct, and candid. I offer space for what emerges, but also find that goals and structure are also important. I challenge people to seek accountability for their actions.
