I help adults and couples overcome anxiety, depression, & substance abuse, grow more confident in parenting, and strengthen their intimate relationships. I draw on mindfulness & my client's strengths to develop solutions and support their journey toward healing & wholeness.
I provide in-person sessions in Bloomfield and telehealth sessions across NJ. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Meritain, BCBS/Horizon/Empire/Anthem and United/Optum/Oxford.
