My goal with all clients is to build on existing strengths, and help find realistic solutions to problems and help achieve their goals. I empower them to achieve the changes they are looking for, in a safe comfortable and non judgmental environment.
I have over 20 years experience working with children, parents, couples, individuals and families. I have extensive background working with individuals, families and couples going through transitions. ie: pre-marital, separation/divorce, grief/loss, suicide, school concerns, reconnecting with your partner, challenging teen years and parental guidance.
