I have 14 years experience in working with children and families ages 4 and up. I practice TBRI methods with children that come from hard places, as well as play therapy to help with life's stressors such as anxiety, depression, anger, and ADHD. I also am very trauma informed and practice ITR and IFS to navigate past traumas, hardships, and losses.
