I work with adults who are in all phases of life struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem issues. One of my specialties includes working with women issues, moms who often experience distress while managing all that comes with raising children, pregnancy/prenatal and postpartum depression. I am a EMDR trained trauma therapist.
