Hello, I’m Erika Huelskamp, MSW, LCSW, and a Certified Addiction Counselor II in Colorado with over 25 years of experience.
I specialize in supporting Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, as well as individuals navigating chronic health conditions, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is blends evidence-based and holistic. I integrate therapies such as ACT, CBT, hypnosis and mindfulness practices, while also incorporating trauma-focused care and complementary modalities like meditation, expressive arts, and somatic work—tailored to meet your unique needs.
I also hold certifications in Hypnosis for PTSD, Trauma-Focused Therapy and Tarot in Clinical Practice. I am working on additional certification in hypnosis and mindful art meditation.
My goal is to help you move beyond survival, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
