My expertise lies in supporting individuals facing diverse challenges, including Veterans, those with chronic health conditions, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I integrate structured, practical tools with deep, somatic, and creative healing practices. By employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help individuals identify and dismantle unhelpful thought patterns. Additionally, I provide tailored mindfulness practices to alleviate physical tensions, such as expressive arts and clinical hypnosis.
I also hold certifications in Hypnosis for PTSD, Trauma-Focused Therapy and Tarot in Clinical Practice, Addictions. I am working on additional certification in hypnosis and mindful art meditation. My goal is to help you move beyond survival, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
