I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from The University of Phoenix. I have experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan in individual and group counseling settings. My approach is Person Centered and includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and CPT.
I love working with adults and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. I believe whole-heartedly that people on the spectrum are different, not less. I also specialize in the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, emotional regulation, and substance use among other challenges.
