Hi! I am Erika. I have been in the counseling field for around 8 years and the mental health field since 2013 as a caseworker. I work with Audhd, Adhd, and Autistic adults that need help in their daily lives. As a neurodivergent person myself, I know the struggles in living in a neurotypical world. I also work with suicidal people as I was a crisis counselor.

Neurodivergent Burnout Group
I am planning to have a group start in January 2026. It will be an educational burnout group for neurodivergent adults. I do take insurance for this. It will be on Mondays from 8-9 pm. There will be the cost of the workbook for any client. This will be a telehealth group!
