In addition to helping you build the necessary skills to reduce the immediate discomfort of symptoms and problem behaviors, I will provide you with an objective perspective on the topics we touch upon. I will also create space for you to arrive at your own insights and personal discoveries that will continue to help you well beyond your time in therapy.
