I work with adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and related challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, combining evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy and practical problem-solving. I want my clients to leave therapy with not only greater insight, but also
concrete tools they can use in their everyday lives. I am certified as an ADHD clinician, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT. I have ten years of experience working on a school child study team for students with disabilities and their families.
