My therapeutic style and approach are psychodynamic, somatic, and relational. My work draws from attachment theory, interpersonal theory, somatic body-based modalities, Internal Family Systems, Buddhist Psychology, Authentic Movement, yoga, and mindfulness. I continue to participate in my own personal growth and healing.
