I am a Latinx therapist, bilingual in Spanish and English. My areas of expertise include childhood trauma resolution, addiction issues, racial and cultural identity challenges for minorities including LGBTQ clients. My therapy embraces a warm, empathic and experiential approach to personal growth. I work with trauma through various methods such as clinical hypnotherapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, IFS and psychodynamic approaches . I have experience working in a local LGBTQ non-profit that serves survivors of complex trauma, domestic and sexual violence.
I love helping clients from a holistic, strengths-based perspective and belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship embracing a compassionate approach to foster hope, healing and resilience. It is my honor to walk this path of inner healing with my clients.
