I work with deep thinkers, high maskers, recovering people pleasers, perfectionists, compulsive caretakers, social anxiety, imposter syndrome, abuse/neglect survivors, & highly sensitive, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, &/ or AuDHD people. Understand and address your boundaries, patterns, stories, beliefs, values, symptoms, goals, trauma, thoughts, underlying emotions. I'm audhd, neurodivergence affirming, & a social justice and anti-oppression oriented therapist committed to practicing cultural humility.

I believe therapy is a relational, existential, creative, and spiritual ( not meaning religious) process. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems informed therapy and parts work, humor, mindfulness, creative arts, and somatic therapy. Please ask me about a discounted rate if you're struggling financially.

Therapy can be transformative & healing but I won't "fix" you. You aren't broken. You're not a machine or product. You're human.
