They may have masked, compensated and struggled trying to survive people and systems that reject, exclude, marginalize, pathologize, stereotype, dehumanize, and exploit ND people. Sensitive and hyper-empathic people with trauma, symptoms, relationships, and patterns they want to explore, understand, accept, resolve, and/or change. Learning to unmask (when it's safe). Decreasing shame, and internalized ableism. Increasing self compassion, self understanding, self acceptance, authenticity, hope, and self worth.
