About
People come to see me because they are experiencing a life transition, struggling with partnership/ relationships, frustrated with self-defeating patterns that they have not been able to change, having a hard time coping with their emotions and circumstances, needing support navigating conflict, creating boundaries or improving relationship dynamics. I work to create a warm, safe environment where deep personal issues can be explored. I believe that we are shaped by our relationships and life experiences. I am often described as warm, intuitive and an active listener who promotes a confident, safe atmosphere for collaborative work.
I specialize in couple therapy, life transitions, relationship struggles, professional consultation, supervision, parenting and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I particularly love working with individuals who want to create change in their life, or who previously have not been able to find help, but are ready for change.
Together we work toward finding the underlying areas that are not easily visible. I'm curious about the unconscious factors that are left out of awareness, yet may be deeply influencing motivations and actions that contribute to present patterns, discomforts or struggles. In addition, I also provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy for appropriate candidates.
