I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that may include nervous system regulation techniques, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care. Together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and experiences while creating a space where all parts of you are welcome and therapy is tailored to your unique needs.
