I have several years of clinical experience in working with individuals and families who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. I use a cognitive behavior therapy approach to help clients learn skills they can use the rest of their lives.
I provide online therapy which has shown to be as effective as in person therapy. It can provide ease and convenience for more consistent therapy. All insurances should cover telehealth the same as an office visit. Please verify your benefits with your insurance plan. With telehealth I can provide services throughout all of California and New York.
