Hello! My name is Erika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I can imagine that deciding on who to trust with your story can be overwhelming but I want to explain a bit about what my intentions are as your therapist.
Ultimately, I truly believe that our perceptions can either help us or hinder our day to day lives. What we think/believe can negatively impact our feelings and our actions or even keep us in situations or relationships that are not healthy for us. Whether it’s increasing your self-awareness, creating balance, or improving your ability to cope, I will guide you through that process.
