I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, with an emphasis on childhood and adolescent disorders, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, using a holistic and integrative approach that incorporates DBT, art therapy, play therapy techniques, and mindfulness. My goal is to help young clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges at their own pace.
