I have over 12 years of experience providing individual and family therapy to children, college students and adult individuals in hospital, university and community clinics.
I provide a variety of services from supporting parent-child relationships to treatment focused on trauma, anxiety and depression.
My hope is that at the end of treatment my clients will better understand their emotions and their strengths, learn skills to manage hard emotions/situations and feel empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy: I am solution focus and strength based on my approach. I enjoy helping people get "unstuck" from unhelpful thinking styles to be able to enjoy their lives more fully.
I am Hispanic(Mexican)and have significant experience working with acculturation and generational differences and conflicts related to cultural differences.
When applicable, I also integrate the specific faith of the client into therapy as I understand this can be an integral part of a person's identity.
