Men's Group - For Becoming Who You Want to Be
Men's Group / Support and Coaching for Becoming Who You Want To Be-(Contact for waitlist details). This Group's focus is on helping Men to see clearly what they would like to change about themselves and then getting them there. Men's Group - Understanding What A Mature Man Is

What we'll learn: Focus of this group is to help Men find out where they stand within their own Masculinity and how that fit's into their relationships and todays modern culture. This group will be composed of compassionate, empathetic and understanding Men.
Consciousness And Spirituality Exploration Group
This group will meet every other Friday from 5pm-6:30pm. The groups intention and focus will be upon reflection's of each others spiritual experiences and how that can enrich our own. Without judging another's experience and curiousness, we can integrate what works for our own spiritual growth if it's a good fit. (Please contact me for Waitlist and Details.)
