I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Northfield. I specialize in sports psychotherapy and primarily work with adolescents and young adults. Along with performance related talk therapy, my focus areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity formation, life transitions, stress management, relationship challenges and men's issues. I have the ability to connect with and can relate to difficult to reach or resistant clients, especially teenage boys.

I value the therapeutic relationship and believe effective therapy is a collaborative journey between the client and clinician. Through empathic listening, compassion and humor, I strive to empower clients to be their ideal and authentic selves in a safe, welcoming, fun and judgement-free environment.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and I understand clients to be the experts on their lives. I tailor therapy to address each client's unique needs and goals and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a strength based, solution focused framework.
