Erik Muten's Groups
Tantra and Tenderness
This group, which is lead by Erik Muten & Amelia Perkins, meets monthly to explore core principles of Tantra and combines experiential exercises with didactics. Some of the principles of Tantra are: the healing power of pleasure and everything is an experiment. We tend to focus on the "inner marriage" of masculine and feminine principles in all of us. Dates of Tantra & Tenderness are October 17th, November 28th, and December 19th.
Situation Lab: Neutralizing Psychological Attacks
In our life, we will encounter people who want to intimidate, blame & shame, or coerce us into something that is against our self-interest. There are effective counters to neutralize these psychological attacks. In this workshop-laboratory, we use structures from martial arts and role play to investigate our options for holding our ground in emotionally violent or manipulative situations. This is a wonderful opportunity to work on a situation where you feel disempowered. This group is facilitated by Erik Muten & Michael Burkhart. Upcoming dates: November 7 and December 12, 2018.
