Healing from infidelity is a difficult journey, but you don’t have to go through it alone. As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping men and couples navigate the pain of betrayal, rebuild trust, and create stronger, more authentic relationships. Having personally faced infidelity and come out the other side, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing begins, and relationships can thrive again.
I believe that men can especially benefit from therapy as they often don't have as much ease or practice with expressing their thoughts, feelings and emotions. I am passionate about working to provide a place for my clients to explore who they are and who they want to be.
I work to create an open, honest and non-judgmental space that promotes self-compassion and self-awareness. Through our work together, we will emphasize your current strengths and challenge the negative voice in your head that acts as an obstacle to acceptance and growth in your life.

Groups
Men's Infidelity Process Group

Group work can be particularly powerful for those recovering from infidelity. Betrayal trauma is one of the more complex and harmful life experiences a person can endure whether the person is the betrayer or the betrayed. Goals of this group are to help partners manage trauma triggers, develop safety by setting boundaries, gain insight into relational and individual patterns, and get support from others who are struggling with similar issues. Let's heal together!
