As a clinician I take environmental, relational, and emotional factors in to account during treatment. My goal is to help you move forward with your life by empowering you to manage your mental health.
I work with adolescents and adults. I operate from a Trauma informed care model with experience treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectic Behavioral, and solution based therapy interventions to empower you to maintain your mental health.
I believe that everyone has the ability to manage their mental health because their mind naturally desires to be stable and healthy. I view therapy as working in partnership with person to meet their goals.
