I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual, couple, and family therapy for adolescents and adults. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Utah with a double major in Consumer and Community Studies and Sociology. I attended graduate school at Arizona State University receiving my masters degree in Social Work. I am trained in several different therapy styles including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution- Focused Therapy.
Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of different client populations suffering from mental health and life issues.
