The style of therapy I provide explores the stories, thoughts, and beliefs we acquire and create within our lives that impact how we feel and behave. My work incorporates concepts rooted in mindfulness, developing coping skills, and discovering and actualizing our potential. These approaches can be effective in addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, trauma-based symptoms, depression, and ADHD. I also help those who have challenges related to attachment, stress and anger management, self-worth, and sleep issues.
My role is to provide a nonjudgmental space where thoughtful observation and self exploration can take place.
If you are interested in connecting with me, and believe I may be a good fit, I would be happy to provide a 15 minute phone consultation. I provide telehealth only at this time, with possible consideration to conduct visits within the community. I do my best to respond as soon as I can. I'm eager to hear from you.
