Life can be challenging, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Erik Gans, and I'm here to support you on your journey. I actually believe therapy can be simple. Just come in share your thoughts, and commit to 50 minutes once a week, and together we can create lasting changes. Deeper exploration is very often a part of that journey, but there is no need to rush that. I have over 15 years of experience, and specialize in helping individuals with trauma, phobias, depression, and anxiety. This is the perfect time to take this step towards a healthier you. I'm excited to connect with you.
This is your time to bring whatever you need to the table each week. If you're unsure about counseling, you're in the right place. We can begin right where you are and discover the best treatment approach for you. I incorporate various methods such as Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
I aim to offer clients acceptance and respect for the bravery it requires to engage in weekly therapy sessions. My goal is for you to anticipate our meetings as a time for reflection, receiving support, and making gradual strides towards a more hopeful and brighter future. I'm excited to connect with you and support you on this journey.
