I am a Certified Consultant & Therapist in IFS & EMDR and have advanced training in ADEP and IFIO. I work primarily in psychotherapy models that invite the opportunity to experientially understand and transformationally shift some ways you may be experiencing internal and external constraints and disturbances to help you release them and find balance.
