Forge Within is a men’s group for those ready to stop performing strength and start embodying it. We meet weekly to explore what’s real—beneath anger, shutdown, burnout, or uncertainty. This is a space for men to reconnect to themselves and others without shame or pressure. Each session includes experiential reflection, honest dialogue, and a rhythm of presence that helps men return to center. You don’t need to be emotionally fluent—you just need to be willing to show up. If you’re tired of carrying it alone, this is a place to lay it down and begin again.
