After 25 years in the corporate world, choosing to become a therapist has been one of the most meaningful shifts in my life. I approach this work the same way I try to show up everywhere else: direct, steady, genuine, and willing to sit in the real parts of people’s lives. Opening up about what’s bothering you can feel awkward, especially when it involves the things you believe you should already know how to handle. I’ll be honest about what can change and what may need some reframing. We will work through that together. My experience as a father, partner, colleague, and person shapes the way I help clients navigate their own lives.
I meet with adults and couples, often those navigating major transitions or wrestling with strong emotions connected to work or relationships. People usually resonate with my clear, conversational way of exploring what they feel and why. We focus on improving communication, making sense of patterns, and building more grounded, connected relationships.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, reach out anytime. I see clients during the day and early evenings, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays mornings. We’ll start with a brief, free phone call to get a sense of fit. That first step can feel intimidating, but it’s often the beginning of feeling more settled, capable, and connected.
