After 25 years in the corporate world, choosing to become a therapist has been one of the most meaningful shifts in my life. I meet with adults and couples, often those navigating major transitions or wrestling with strong emotions connected to work or relationships. People usually resonate with my clear, conversational way of exploring what they feel and why. We focus on improving communication, making sense of patterns, and building more grounded, connected relationships.
