After 25 years in the corporate world, I love being a therapist! I came to this work to be authentic and conversational; I'm direct by nature. I get that it feels weird to tell some stranger what’s bothering you… or worse the things you feel like you are screwing up. I’ll be direct with you if I think there are things you can change, which sometimes is only your perspective, but that process is collaborative. I've learned a lot integrating this work to my own lived experience as a father, partner, employee and person, and I love sharing it with others. I don’t have all the answers but together we can find ways to make things better.
I work with adults and couples, but I often establish the best report with people adjusting to difficult changes or struggling with strong emotions, like anxiety and sadness, in work and relationships. Clients tell me they like my conversational and direct approach when it comes to understanding emotion and behavior and/or navigating work and relationships.
