Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. I provide therapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, using a compassionate and evidence-based approach. As a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, I may incorporate somatic and relaxation techniques to support the mind-body connection when appropriate.
