Healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression is a journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe and compassionate space for children, adolescents, and adults to heal and build resilience. I help children and teens who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect, as well as adults navigating anxiety, depression, and past traumas. My client-centered, trauma-informed approach is tailored to each individual, helping them regain a sense of safety, confidence, and emotional well-being.
With specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Problematic Sexual Behavior TF-CBT (PSB TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for children, teens and adults, I use evidence-based techniques to support clients in processing their emotions, develop coping strategies and reclaim their inner strength.
I currently own and practice at Jones Counseling in Saltillo, where I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their emotions and move toward growth.
