I am passionate about working with couples. I help partners strengthen connection and repair trust so they can feel close again. I also work with individuals navigating perfectionism, loneliness, and disconnection. My approach blends skills with deeper healing, using EFT for couples and IFS, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when appropriate.
