I'll also support you in developing your self-regulation, self-awareness, and self-resourcing. I welcome feedback, joy, and celebrations of accomplishments as part of the therapeutic process.

My lived experiences as a social worker, law school graduate, mother, and university professor and administrator inform my worldview and clinical approach. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, and incorporates a social justice and trauma-informed lens to meet client’s unique needs, identities, and roles. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
