I specialize in trauma whether it is complex trauma or intergenerational trauma using individualistic approaches to meet your needs through TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapy. I utilize these approaches to help you manage the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. We will work together to create an individualized and unique experience for your healing.
I will be here to meet you where you’re at with patience and to move at the speed you are comfortable with because I know what it is like to begin the process of healing.
