A conscious relationship with self is had through attending to the feelings we have about ourselves. Understanding feelings will be essential in generating improved self-awareness and a sense of personal integrity.
My approach is eclectic and tailored for each individual. I focus on guiding clients toward achieving greater self-awareness and finding insight and creative solutions to the challenges they are facing. I like to create a warm and safe atmosphere where clients are free to explore all aspects of their lives. I also offer hypnotherapy and group work.

Personal Transformation Intensive
PTI is a powerful personal growth/therapy program for anyone seeking to live life to its fullest. It is an innovative adjunct to individual therapy because it utilizes powerful techniques including hypnotherapy, breath-work, energetic psychodrama, meditation and a masterfully facilitated safe space to take people further in their healing process than they can possibly go in a one-on-one setting. PTI is structured as a five month program that meets one weekend each month from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon for an approximate total of 130 hours.
