My approach is holistic and collaborative, helping you understand your patterns, unique style, and responses to stress so you can feel more grounded, communicate more effectively, and move through life with greater confidence and clarity. I draw from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, and research on Highly Sensitive People (HSP).
