Erica Yungen Ostergren is not currently accepting new clients.
I'm not currently taking new clients, but I'm so glad you are looking for a therapist! Deciding you want to do something differently is a powerful step. Together we will help you identify and master the tools and strategies that will help you live your best life despite whatever challenges life has given you. Call me and we can talk a bit about what you are looking for, and if I would be a good fit for you.
I use EMDR to help people set themselves free of painful past experiences which are negatively impacting their lives today. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help enable people to decide what they want their lives to be about. I use clinical hypnosis to help people make rapid and thorough changes.
My focus is looking at the body and the mind as an integrated whole. Your mental and physical health are inextricably intertwined. By working with your various health providers, we can make sure that mind and body are as healthy as possible.
