Women's Relationship group
This group is designed for women between the ages of 25 and 35 who seek to grow in their confidence and understanding of what it means to be in authentic and lasting relationships. The group runs for 12 consecutive weeks from September to December. I create an environment of acceptance and vulnerability, using readings, sharing, art and humor. Our text is Brene Brown's "The Gifts of Imperfection" which we use as a jumping off place to explore our feelings about vulnerability, empathy, trust and risk.
