We can meet for series of half days (2-6) or complete a life review and reboot with 3 full days. This is how you upgrade and move on. I help heal childhood trauma, parenting stress, break-ups, grief/loss, panic attacks, racing thoughts, perfectionism, and PTSD. I also love working with athletes, executives, and creatives to enhance performance and confidence.

I am thorough in my approach and my clients tell me that they feel connected and (sometimes for the first time) feel truly seen and heard. Many of my clients travel from out of state to stay in CT. I have a wildly talented therapist on my team that specializes in working with conflicted couples and anxious teens via telehealth in the evening and weekends.
