I'm a warm, engaging therapist who will start from where you are at, and help you to reach your goals. I have over a decade of experience working with all ages, from preschoolers through adults, in a variety of settings. I work with a number of different issues, with extensive specialized training in several different treatment modalities.
I use a variety of methods, tailored to what fits best for my patients, encompassing a combination of cognitive and mindfulness strategies. I emphasize a strengths-based perspective that helps my patients to better understand themselves and to make the changes they would like to see in themselves.
As a therapist, I want to provide support to you and your family in the ways that you need. I work with you to make sure that you are receiving the help you need, and to identify additional areas of support if you are not.
