I would like to assist you in processing your emotions in a healthy manner and to assist you in learning the necessary skills to acquire new tools to make the changes you want in your life. I am passionate in helping individuals that struggle with PTSD, substance use, depression, anxiety, fear, shame/guilt, grief/loss, life transitions, identity issues, and relationship concerns.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (Phase I & II) therapies for treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, cravings, and other conditions. I am accepting new clients and in-person or via Telehealth.
I bring a client-centered and strength-based approach, wherein I believe you have the best understanding of yourself and I want to be there to help guide you to work towards resolving any problems that have been acting as barriers to your life. I enjoy working with individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA community, and identify myself as queer.
