I offer a free 30-minute virtual consultation! Anxiety has snuck up on you, and you're not quite sure how. In your day-to-day you've realized that you're overwhelmed, feeling nervous, second-guessing yourself, and simply wanting to feel confident and self-assured. You're here because you've noticed how harshly you criticize yourself, and it feels terrible. Well, you're not alone... Together we'll work to ease sources of anxious thoughts and feelings, heal old wounds, and help you discover a sense of love and care for yourself. My specialties are anxiety, low self-esteem, attachment patterns, and substance use.
In your therapy sessions we will work to understand and define the root of your anxiety and the low self-esteeem that comes with it. We will establish goals for our work together that adjust to your unique needs, honoring how you want to heal and grow as a person. It may feel difficult at times, but gradually you will begin to feel better and better.
My clients typically leave their first session feeling emotionally lighter and more hopeful about the future. I value keeping things real in session, and strongly encourage the use of cuss words (they just feel better, you know). Therapy can feel like a daunting process, but in the end you are always worth the work.
