My life and career has taken many paths. I am a former NYC art teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach. I Currently practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience. Prior to my role as a therapist, I owned my own health and wellness company and created original programs that included education on nutrition and mindfulness, as well as avenues for reducing stress and anxiety.
In my role as your therapist I practice a judgment free zone. We will work together and utilize a holistic, client-centered approach, as well as incorporate mindfulness and your own strengths in order to set goals for therapy. I specialize in helping people navigate difficult transitions, improve interpersonal relationships, and manage anxiety, & depression.
