I also am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) helping those process either an identity shift with a new ADHD diagnosis or coping with executive function challenges as they appear in adulthood and in relationships.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems principles to provide comprehensive and effective support.
