I’ve had a rich and varied career working as a psychologist and training doctoral students in a range of settings including an inpatient hospital, a clinic for families living with HIV, in community mental health clinics, and in private practice.
In all my work, I have been guided by my belief in the importance of psychodynamic and relational principles: the impact our earliest experiences and relationships have on our present life. My work is also always informed by efforts to understand the larger systemic issues that affect the lives of those who come to me for help and support.
