I believe that as individuals make sense of their story they create a life that aligns with who they are. By using trauma-informed modalities like Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems and other experiential therapies, I help clients heal from issues related to trauma, anxiety depression, grief, childhood neglect/ abuse, feeling stuck or sensing that something is just “not right." I work with people from a variety of backgrounds and am sensitive to religious and cultural differences.
By integrating my clinical training in mental health counseling with my training in mindfulness, somatic work and inner healing techniques, I help clients heal from past wounding. Clients with complex trauma often feel they are accelerating their progress by using modalities like Brainspotting, Somatic Therapies, Expressive Arts Therapy, Sandtray and IFS.
