On the outside, you’re capable and composed. On the inside, you may feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Many of the women I work with are perfectionist doing it all...but internally overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready for something deeper than just coping. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and EMDR in St. Louis. EMDR is especially helpful if you’ve tried therapy before but still feel stuck.

In therapy, we gently work through the patterns shaped by perfectionism, people-pleasing, and past experiences so you can feel more grounded, self-trusting, and confident. Over time, this work helps your nervous system settle. You’ll feel clearer in your relationships, more comfortable setting boundaries, and more connected to who you are.
