With over 20 years of experience providing direct therapy and clinical supervision, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Nevada, and telehealth Florida. In addition, I am certified in evidence-based practices including Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Seeking Safety (SS).
After my lived experience with repeat pregnancy loss, fertility treatments, and birth trauma, I became passionate about maternal mental health. This led me to obtain my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
